Introduction to Restoration Response Course:  This course is designed to overview today's market and how it is changing. "Priority Responding" and "Active Marketing" are new concepts that have to be done correctly with respect to the insurance industry that we have spent years developing. We present information from different markets about how priority first response "Chasing" is done to general ideas and discussions about your first response development. This interactive course reviews your current marketing and sales goals and how FIRELEADS can assist in that development and growth.

Tactical Sales and Marketing in Restoration Course: This "hands-on" course helps develop communication skills at an active scene, including sales, marketing, and speech training through presentation and participation. These courses are designed for management, operations, and sales marketing teams. This course answers the question of, "What do I say, and how do I say it?" to homeowners at the point of fire and "How do I manage an emergency restoration scene and the steps to help victims of restoration emergencies.

 Field Training / Active Response Training: Day or Days of live Chasing:  is designed to put the classroom theory immediately into practice. One of our trainers spends a day (8 hours) or multiple days actively responding to past and present losses with your priority responders. Field training is also designed to have a trainer help your first responder refine sales speeches and techniques to help improve the success of the company they represent. 

 Advanced Training  RRT Inc. offers courses in advanced sales and marketing. This helps the experienced priority responder refine their skills with different advanced situational instruction. This course also prevents some of today's newest technologies to assisting companies and their responders with restoration management.
